User Experience Design Case Study completed over a three-month period.
Below is a summary of some of the work completed by myself and my team. This is kind of a passion project - to summarize what it is experience designers really do. In high school, I had never even heard of such a career.
Overview:
The goal of this project was to give a sort of “behind-the-scenes” look into UX and UI design that would be interesting and useful for audiences either just finding out about user experience design or wanting to learn more, or both!
I made sure to keep everything very simple - I wanted to get the point across that no matter how limited your resources, it is really your dedication to the user and their experiences that is important in being a good UX and/or UI designer. The design process does not necessarily need to be pretty or exceptionally complex - just intelligent!
You can read through the whole presentation like a slideshow (just click on the first image!), it really tells a story, but each slide also functions on its own to give you a background into some of the practices and rationale at work in this field.
